LES was founded on the belief that for a collection program to achieve its fullest success, it must be flexible, multi-faceted and tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Our goal is to maximize recovery of violation and administrative fees while minimizing clerical and management involvement of the client. Our collection services include:
We research both in-state and out of state plates to acquire current addresses, send a series of customized collection notices to violators, handles all telephone inquiries and written correspondence, receive, receipt and deposit revenue generated by our efforts and produce a series of reports detailing and summarizing our progress. LES also does second position billing and backlog reductions. |

Unlike other ticket processing services that mainly generate letters and collect the “easy” money, LES aggressively attempts to locate violators who have moved and left no forwarding address. We use a variety of commercial databases and also state DMVs to locate skips. Our skip tracing efforts turn “uncollectible” tickets into revenue.
