Outsource Processing and Collection
From the day the violation was written LES provides a total outsource solution to your parking or toll violation processing needs. LES has proven success in interfacing its collection system to municipal in-house systems as well as to commercial systems.

We research both in-state and out of state plates to acquire current addresses, send a series of customized collection notices to violators, handles all telephone inquiries and written correspondence, receive, receipt and deposit revenue generated by our efforts and produce a series of reports detailing and summarizing our progress. LES also does second position billing and backlog reductions.

Remittance Processing
LES staffs a bonded lockbox remittance center in its offices in Long Island City, NY. Our bonded staff processes payments and updates account information to the client’s system each night.

Call Center Management
LES has been providing customer inquiry service for over 10 years. All of LES Customer Service Representatives are FDCPA trained and certified by the American Collectors Association. At the direction of the client, our Customer Service Representatives have the ability to:

• Review violator documentation to determine if a case should be dismissed.

• Offer time payment plans for violators unable to meet their debt with one payment.
